I have a handful of new school valentines listed this year. One of my favorites is for one of my own sweet, little gummy bear lovers. This came out of a custom order from last year and I just love how simple but sweet it is! (available for purchase here) 
The file comes with four tags per page, just print on card stock and fold in half. I use 4" clear favor bags by Wilson (I find mine at Joanns), I've also seen them on amazon and fill with gummy bears (or teddy grahams!)
